Oreo is a dog full of spunk and energy! This guy still has all of his puppy wiggles in him and he can’t wait to get them out! Once he gets some scratches though, he’s quick to calm into your lap and enjoy the cuddles. This dog loves to play with other dogs and may bark excitedly to greet his new potential friends!
